     Ernie Schell is:


A former Editor of Target Marketing magazine (1981-83), Ernie was the first software reviewer for Catalog Age magazine (now Multichannel Merchant) from 1984 to 1992, and the first person to undertake a comprehensive assessment of this field.
He is a frequent speaker at direct commerce industry functions in the US and the UK.

A consultant since 1985, he has helped more than 200 direct commerce and multichannel merchants in the US, Canada, the UK, and Australia to:
